We’re currently supporting one of the leading providers of high-quality systems for heating and hot water supply technology. As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of price management and sales controlling. You will actively contribute to achieving the company's sales and profitability targets. Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
* Development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize sales growth and margins.
* Managing pricing initiatives in close collaboration with sales, marketing and product management.
* Creation and continuous optimization of pricing structures and discount systems as well as processes.
Sales Controlling & Performance Management
* Establishment and further development of key performance indicator systems to monitor sales and distribution efficiency.
* Conducting sales analyses, performance reviews and deriving recommendations for action, growth and optimization potential
* Preparation of forecasts, budget planning and target-actual analyses.
Project management & stakeholder communication
* Management of projects to increase sales and margins, particularly to harmonize pricing and sales processes.
* Close coordination with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, finance, product management and IT.
* Communication of results and recommendations to the senior management and management team.
Requirements:
* Professional experience: Several years of relevant experience in revenue management, price management or sales controlling, ideally in an international environment.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills, ideally in working with BI tools, Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce).
* Experience in implementing pricing software solutions.
* Knowledge in creating KPI systems and forecast models.
