Your Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development: You take charge of the professional and disciplinary leadership of your on site technical team and vendor staff. You empower your team, support their development, and foster a high performance, trust based work environment.
* Operational Management:You ensure the flawless execution of all daily Data Center activities — from task coordination and service delivery to escalation handling and workplace safety.
* Resource & Capacity Optimization: You plan work schedules efficiently, allocate resources smartly, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
* Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: By analyzing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving corrective actions, you establish a lean, structured, and continuously improving operational setup.
* Customer Relationship Management: You maintain strong, professional communication with customers, act as a company ambassador, and ensure that service levels, standards, and expectations are consistently met.
* Facility Management & Security: You oversee facility related tasks, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines, and maintain a secure, well organized work environment.

* Experience in logistics or white glove technical services is beneficial.
