Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres
Location: Germany (flexible office base, projects mainly in the Frankfurt / Rhine-Main region)

Necto Search & Selection is supporting a leading international engineering and consultancy company in the search for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their growing Data Centre team in Germany.
The Role
You will lead the planning and delivery of electrical systems for large-scale data centre projects. This includes managing design coordination, overseeing project execution, and ensuring systems meet high standards for reliability, efficiency, and safety.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical design and delivery for data centre projects
* Coordinate engineers, contractors, and external partners
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
* Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and project quality
* Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
* Drive energy-efficient and innovative technical solutions
* Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
* Experience with data centres or critical infrastructure projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations
* Experience with tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Fluent German and English
* Willingness to travel as required
