Creation of specifications for the verification of shock and vibration safety of systems in coordination with specialist departments, suppliers and authorities.Coordination of shock documentation with the customer representative and review of external shock documentation.Supervision of experimental shock and vibration testsPerforming shock calculations and designs, e.g. with programs like Shock Design and through FEM.Preparation of shock and vibration reportsResponsibility for document management and maintenance of the PLM databaseParticipation in project teams, research and development projects Your profile
Completed studies in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, plant engineering, civil engineering or a comparable field of studyGood knowledge of technical mechanics, preferably in shock and vibration technologyKnowledge of the finite element method (FEM) calculation procedure using ANSYS or HyperWorks is advantageous.Proficient user skills in common MS Office programsGood English skills, both spoken and written.Conceptual and analytical thinkingCommunication and teamwork skillsIndependent work style, initiative and a sense of responsibilityWillingness to travel between the locations Emden, Kiel and Hamburg
