Your Mission
RobCo is spearheading a revolution in robotics helping businesses boost productivity and address labor shortages. Our ambition is to build a category‑leading robotics company across Europe and the US. To support this mission we’ve raised more than $50 million from leading VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed alongside founders of UiPath Helsing Pitch and other companies.
We are scaling fast. The core question we need to answer every day is:
Are we focused on the right things and are we actually getting them done?
As Chief of Staff to the CEO your mission is to make sure the answer to this question is yes.
You will maximize CEO effectiveness by turning priorities into execution, complexity into clarity and strategy into measurable outcomes across the leadership team, customers, board and investors.
In this role you are expected to surface hard truths early and clearly. You are not here to agree by default but to challenge assumptions, test decisions and call out misalignment when something doesn’t make sense. Your job is to ensure that focus is maintained, decisions are well‑informed and that they consistently translate into action and tangible outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
* Partner with the CEO and leadership team to turn big‑picture goals into action.
* Build and run dashboards, KPIs and reporting to keep us focused on results. Spot bottlenecks, solve problems fast and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
* Break silos across the organization, bring clarity where teams or roles are misaligned and help shape RobCo’s org structure and culture as we grow.
* Co‑drive investor relations by preparing materials, coordinating updates and ensuring clear communication on company performance and priorities.
* Bring unfiltered customer reality to the CEO including ROI proof, deployment pain and reliability gaps and support strategic customer relationships and lighthouse accounts.
* Protect CEO time; minimize low‑leverage meetings, flag risks and issues early.
Your Profile
You are someone who
* Brings 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced scale‑up, consulting or operations role.
* Exercises strong judgment and is comfortable operating close to senior decision‑making.
* Brings clarity and structure to complex fast‑moving environments.
* Is willing to challenge assumptions and raise difficult points when needed in service of better outcomes.
* Thinks end‑to‑end, connecting strategy, people, data and execution into a coherent whole.
* Has a natural bias toward action and follows things through until results are visible.
* Earns trust through discretion, reliability and clear communication.
* Uses data as a tool to understand reality and inform decisions without hiding behind it.
* Is comfortable with ambiguity and change and adapts quickly as priorities evolve.
* Cares about building effective organizations with clear ownership, high standards and open communication.
