Job Title
This is a high-level position focused on delivering secure solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT security and be able to manage complex security projects.
* Create, define, support, and develop security activities and processes related to managed security services for customers.
* Implement and ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Assess customer feedback and improve procedures to provide great customer service.
* Manage security interfaces between customers and Proximus NXT.
* Work with the SOC Manager, Project Managers, and other Proximus NXT teams.
* Review and improve KPIs according to service needs.
* Consolidate and communicate periodic reports to customers.
* Support the implementation of security controls.
Key Requirements
* At least a bachelor degree in IT security or a relative field (master preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in IT security, security management, telecom, and cybersecurity topics.
* Knowledge of hardware/software systems, security infrastructure.
* Knowledge of security governance activities.
* Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005:2011 Risk Manager, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
* Fluency in English and French.
