Our client is a leading mobile game developer and publisher creating fun, easy-to-play games enjoyed by millions worldwide. They are now looking for a Producer to help their game teams move faster, validate ideas earlier, and focus on what matters: revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the operational enabler for game teams, reducing friction, unblocking decisions, and increasing learning speed
* Coordinate production across multiple live and in-development titles, driving clarity, momentum, and ROI
* Build and maintain lean production systems to support frequent releases and fast iteration
* Coach and grow producers and cross-functional teams, encouraging MVP thinking and impact-driven decisions
* Partner with Product, Art, Design, Growth, and BI to align on priorities
* Encourage early validation, run smart experiments, and quickly shut down underperforming ideas
* Manage budgets and prioritization to guide high-leverage decision-making
* Oversee external production pipelines and partners, ensuring speed, quality, and ROI
REQUIREMENTS
* 4+ years’ experience as a Producer in mobile games
* Comfortable in fast-moving teams, proactive, solutions-focused, and able to drive progress without waiting for instructions
* Strong grasp of production tools and processes (Gantt charts, MVPs, testing, kill criteria)
* Solid understanding of game business fundamentals: ad monetization, UA, LTV drivers, and game-killers
