Team Overview
The EMEA Client Coverage Group (CCG) is responsible for all client-facing activities, including business development, relationship management, and client servicing. The DACH team focuses on serving institutional and intermediary clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich.
Role Summary
As a Sales Analyst, you will support the DACH Client Coverage Group (CCG) in day-to-day sales and relationship management activities. You will play a key role in supporting client engagement with institutional and intermediary clients, preparing marketing materials, coordinating RFPs, and conducting market research.
This role provides strong exposure to clients and internal stakeholders and is an excellent entry point into financial asset management and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
1. Support preparation and follow-up of client and prospect meetings
2. Assist in assembling presentation materials and investment content
3. Prepare client deliverables (e.g. factsheets, performance data, thought leadership)
4. Coordinate internally with Investments, Product, Marketing, and Operations
RFP / RFI Management
5. Support and help coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions
7. Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
Marketing & Events
8. Assist in planning and executing client events and marketing campaigns
9. Partner with Marketing on materials, distribution lists, and campaign execution
10. Maintain and update marketing and client contact databases (e.g. Salesforce)
Market & Client Research
11. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client developments
12. Monitor industry news and summarize relevant insights
13. Support preparation of internal briefings and client updates
Salesforce & Reporting
14. Maintain accurate CRM data (contacts, opportunities, pipeline)
15. Support basic reporting and pipeline tracking
16. Assist in preparation of management reports
Experience & Qualifications
17. 0–3 years of experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, or a client-facing role
18. Strong interest in financial markets
19. Familiarity with European asset management markets is a plus
20. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
21. Fluency in German and English required
Skills & Capabilities
22. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
24. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
25. High attention to detail and strong follow-through
26. Proactive, self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach
27. Strong team player with ability to collaborate across functions and locations
28. Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is an advantage
