Aufgaben Act as an expert in Corporate Actions, overseeing the entire value chain in collaboration with our external Middle Office provider Serve as the main point of contact for Investment Professionals, external partners, and internal Operations teams Coordinate and execute operational activities, acting as a gatekeeper for requests from Client Account Managers and Portfolio Managers Ensure accurate stock positions and daily reconciliation oversight; investigate discrepancies with outsourced Middle Office Identify and escalate incidents caused by third parties, follow up on corrective actions, and manage claims processes Participate in process improvements, workflow enhancements, and major operational projects Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to cross-training initiatives and support various Operations Department projects. Maintain and improve processes and documentation Profil Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Actions Knowledge of reconciliations (cash and securities); proxy voting experience is a plus Familiarity with investment accounting is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and delivery focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Bloomberg AIM; VBA knowledge is a plus Self-motivated team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Benefits Access to exciting projects in a global financial environment Personalized support throughout the recruitment process Transparent cost structure and flexible engagement models
