We combine industry expertise with strong change management capabilities to support clients from strategy to implementation, enabling organizational transformation and sustainable performance improvements.Job RequirementsWhat will you do?As a Subject Matter Expert / Senior Operations Consultant specializing in Asset Integrity Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Reliability, you will lead workstreams within broader transformation projects. Your role involves establishing and implementing robust Asset Integrity Management programs, focusing on organizational capability building to sustain performance.The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in mechanical reliability across various equipment types and proven experience in industrial plant integrity management, especially related to process safety and reliability optimization.Key responsibilities include:Leading consulting engagements in Asset Integrity Management, including assessments and improvements across quality assurance, maintenance strategies, inspection, testing, repairs, work management, standards, competence, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, etc.Managing equipment classes such as static, rotating, instrumentation, electrical, and interfaces with safety management elements.Overseeing analyses to improve asset reliability and leading client teams through project stages like gap analysis, planning, and capability development.Supporting development of Work Management practices, risk reduction initiatives, and documentation updates.Providing onsite advisory on health-monitoring systems and analysis.Communicating progress effectively to stakeholders, proactively managing risks, and supporting proposal development.Contributing to firm growth through networking, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior colleagues.Who are you?Engineering degree (preferably mechanical); master's degree is advantageous.Eligible for professional engineering registration; current registration preferred.Knowledge of recognized engineering standards (ASME, API, NACE, etc.).Minimum 15 years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance, or reliability roles in industrial plants, ideally in hazardous industries like oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or metals.Experience developing procedures, KPIs, audit protocols, and governance mechanisms for Asset Integrity Management.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel up to 80%.The role is remote-based, located in Spain, UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, or Switzerland.Diversity and InclusionWe are committed to a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and equal opportunity, which we see as a key driver of our success.Core ValuesOur values underpin our actions and include Safety and Health, Environmental Stewardship, Respect for People, and Highest Ethical Behavior.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob functions: Consulting, Engineering, Project ManagementIndustries: Business Consulting, Engineering Services, Oil & Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
