The process analyst role includes the definition of target customer experiences and related journeys and the documentation and maintenance of business processes.
~Conduct impact analyses on new project ideas, analyze existing processes, define target processes, and work to test/implement and improve processes.
~In concerted collaboration with the key bank decision-makers, you will analyze failures and identify areas for improvement in processes to simplify the experience for clients and employees. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or others
~ Process and Project Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Financial industry, Banking Regulations
