Job Description:
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and participating in budget and salary negotiations, as well as creating relevant application documents, calculations and contracts.
* Creating financial plans and budgets, as well as monitoring their implementation.
* Creative annual financial statements.
* Performance and cost evaluations, Soll-Ist deviation analyses and economic calculations, as well as creating decision-making documents.
* Internal and external reporting, as well as creating statistics and data notifications.
* Processing subsidies under the BayKrG.
* Preliminary processing of data for the year-end audit of the hospital sector.
* Special tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A completed degree in business administration or a relevant vocational training with specialized further education.
* Fundamental knowledge in the mentioned field of activity, as well as a high willingness to take on projects.
* Very good IT skills with high IT affinity (e.g. MS Office products, Orbis).
* Good communication and assertiveness skills, as well as persuasion ability.
