The Luxembourg office is currently seeking an Senior Finance Associate to strengthen its team. This role provides exposure to global financial operations, AIF-activities, and management companies, while working in a collaborative and international environment.
Senior Finance Associate - Your responsibilities:
* Review accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory filings (IFRS, Lux GAAP, CSSF).
* Oversee cash flows, treasury operations, subscriptions/redemptions, and investor distributions.
* Support fund launches, restructurings, and liquidations, coordinating with administrators, depositaries, auditors, and tax advisors.
* Prepare board packs and ensure governance procedures are followed.
* Contribute to process improvements and group-wide projects.
Senior Finance Associate - Your profile:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
* Between 3 to 6 years of experience as an auditor or accountant in an asset management, service provider or Big 4 firm.
* Good knowledge of investment equities, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
* Versatile, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to work both independently and in teams.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a strong asset.
