Strategy is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of a comprehensive and future-proof corporate strategy. This role involves close collaboration with top management, acting as the primary sparring partner for long-term decisions. It encompasses activities that shape the future of Webasto and support informed decision-making, turning those decisions into actions and results.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Responsibility for driving corporate strategy by developing a portfolio perspective on current businesses and potential adjacencies; Supporting and coordinating strategy and M&A (sub-)projects
* Independent implementation of sub-projects in the strategy area
* Coordination of interdisciplinary and global projects as well as special topics
* Support in the creation of presentations, reports and analysis as a basis for management decisions
* Execution of market and competition analyses, preparation of business cases
This is what you bring to us:
* University degree in business/technical studies
* First experience in the automotive and strategic environment
* Strong strategic understanding
* High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as confident manner in dealing with internal and external contacts
