We are supporting a large-scale regulated life sciences programme in Germany with the appointment of an experienced Programme Manager to join a client-side leadership team on a contract basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of a complex CAPEX programme within a regulated manufacturing environment. Working across multiple projects and workstreams, you will provide leadership across engineering, project management, project controls, CQV, quality, and external delivery partners.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic oversight, programme governance, and hands-on leadership, ensuring alignment across the programme and delivery against schedule, cost, and compliance objectives.
Background We’re Looking For
We are open on titles and organizational background, but candidates must bring strong experience operating at programme level within regulated life sciences environments.
Relevant experience may include:
* Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Director
* Delivery of multi-project pharma / biotech CAPEX programmes
* Strong understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
* Oversight of CQV, quality, and regulatory readiness activities
* Managing EPCs, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders
* Programme governance, risk management, and performance reporting
Experience across manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, utilities, and process equipment is essential.
