Thompson Gray is seeking a senior-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional and technical knowledge in both the Army's financial ERP (GFEBS) and logistics ERP (GCSS-A) to ensure seamless base operations, property accountability, and audit readiness across the European theater. The employee must be able to work full-time onsite. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following skills and experience.

Location: Germany (IMCOM G8)
Job Duties:
* Support IMCOM Resource Management (G8) by overseeing the spending chain, funds management, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for garrison operations
* Monitor Service Now tickets and provide responses to GFEBS end-users
* Perform help desk functions by troubleshooting GFEBS/GCSS-A problem areas to find solutions and liaise with commands as the GFEBS subject matter expert
* Generate Business Objects (BOBJ) reports to create and present metrics to DoW and DFAS senior leadership
* Create and update standard operating procedures, training documents/curriculum, checklists, job-aids, and hands-on exercises
* Develop and update training curricula, SOPs, user guides, and job-aids; deliver technical systems training (GFEBS/GCSS-A) to diverse military and civilian
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be a US citizen and have a SECRET clearance
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management, or a related field with 10 years of experience
* Comprehensive understanding of Army Appropriations, Installation Management business processes, and Army regulations governing supply/property accountability (e.g., AR 700-142, AR 735-5)
* Must be able to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and civilian personnel.
* Must be able to work onsite in Germany on a full-time basis.
Technical Proficiency
* In-depth knowledge of all functional areas in GFEBS/GCSS-A
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Service Now, Vantage, and ADVANA
* Must be eligible for standard theater OCONUS deployment requirements and SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) status
