Requirements:
* University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
* At least 8 years of experience in architecture design and deployment, integration management, or software design, demonstrating the ability to manage complex systems and lead cross-functional teams.
* Minimum 3 years in a role such as Enterprise Integration Architect or similar, with a proven track record of leadership and influence.
* Deep expertise in integration frameworks and platforms, along with a solid understanding of event-driven and domain-driven architecture principles.
* Proficiency in modeling architecture landscapes, using various tools and techniques to visualize and communicate complex systems effectively to all stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar, with practical experience in applying industry-standard models like BIAN in the banking sector.
* Demonstrated assertiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to federate diverse teams, aligning them toward common goals and driving collaboration across functions.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German, or other languages is a plus.
