For the winter term of 2025/26, we are seeking a professor (m/f/d) for Engineering at IU International University, limited to 2 years at our campus in Berlin, full-time or part-time, starting on October 1st, 2025.
You represent the field of Engineering in teaching and research within the bachelor's degree program and become part of an extensive network in the field of higher education.
You develop and lead face-to-face lectures on Campus and are responsible for the individual supervision of our students during their exams and while they prepare their thesis.
You teach practice-oriented fundamental knowledge in Engineering and are capable of training our students in the following areas: Requirements Engineering, Introduction to Robotics, Operations and Information Management, Introduction to Reinforcement Learning, Manufacturing Methods and Industry 4.At IU International University, we focus on delivering practical knowledge. Therefore, we are looking for an expert in Engineering with professional experience, scientific expertise, and didactic skills that enhance the teaching at IU.
You successfully completed a university degree in Engineering or a related field with outstanding academic performance and hold a relevant doctoral degree (Ph.You demonstrate your expertise in the relevant subject areas through publications or projects.
You have English language skills at C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
