YOUR MISSION:
Lead and develop a high-performing finance and procurement team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee and optimize financial workflows, budgeting, and procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes ensuring financial transaction accuracy
Identify and implement automation, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives
Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and business units to align financial strategies with operational goals
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial regulations, and contract compliance
Maintain accurate tracking of purchase orders, goods receipts, prepayments, and accruals
Provide key financial insights by monitoring KPIs and optimizing financial reporting
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, procurement, or vendor management
Strong expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, financial planning, and vendor negotiations
Proven experience in financial process optimization, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
Leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
Fluent in English; good command of German is a plus
