Hydraid® is a young, fast‑growing startup from Munich that develops scientifically‑based, functional drinks on a powdered basis for athletes and anyone who lives actively. Our goal is to become Germany and Europe’s smart rehydration brand. About the role As a performance‑focused copywriter you will write and optimise copy for Paid Social, Amazon Ads, Display, Performance Video and OOH. You will create engaging headlines and concepts that boost performance and conversion. You will collaborate closely with our Performance team, partner outreach, influencers and ambassadors to produce conversion‑oriented content for campaigns, funnel mechanics, retention initiatives and launch concepts. Responsibilities Develop text and headlines for Paid Social, Amazon Ads, Display, Performance Video and OOH that are clear, motivating and on point. Continuously optimise copy, tone and claims based on KPIs and testing results. Conceptualise funnel mechanics, retention campaigns and launch concepts for our products and partners. Generate fresh ideas ranging from A/B‑test scenarios, retargeting funnels, promotions and action campaigns. Create compelling assets in collaboration with our Performance team from a creative and strategic perspective. Write copy and content for Ads, our website, landing pages, email marketing and CRM funnels. Support sports, influencer and ambassador partnerships with activating concepts and copy. Design conversion‑driven content ideas for social media, UGC and creator campaigns. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in advertising copywriting, digital marketing or content creation. Expertise in headlines, hooks, angles and clear marketing messages that resonate in online ad formats. Strong sense of conversion drivers, CTA optimisation, channel differences and user psychology. Ability to bring creative ideas into a persuasive advertising concept and execute them independently with our design and video teams. Experience in DTC, growth teams or performance marketing is a clear plus. Data‑driven mindset paired with creativity, loving the cause‑and‑effect relationship between high‑ and low‑performing ads.
