At CHG-MERIDIAN, we see ourselves as one big international family. As HRIT Systems & Solutions Manager, you will take a key role in shaping and managing CHG’s global HR technology landscape. With a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIT systems that support our global HR organization.
Driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and supporting the design of CHG’s future global HRIT architecture
Delivering attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support CHG’s people strategy
Collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Managing the HRIT project and operational budget, including planning, monitoring, and adherence to financial targets
Leading communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems
Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration
Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers
Proven project management experience including budget responsibility
