Your Responsibilities:
* Planning, steering, and managing SCM projects across all SCM departments (including the definition of project scope, stakeholders, responsibilities, timelines, and costs)
* Coordinating launch activities across the entire supply chain (master data and system setup, supply availability, batch allocation, transportation, and warehouse readiness)
* Detecting project risks early and developing mitigation scenarios
* Closely monitoring project progress, including regular reporting of project status at the senior management/board level
* Developing project management standards (tools, templates, KPIs) for global and local SCM
Your Profile:
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with deep expertise in project management, preferably in an international field
* Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and timely delivery
* Exceptional communication and reporting skills, with experience presenting to senior management
* Proficiency in developing and implementing project management tools and standards
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus
