Quality Assurance & Requirements Manager (m/f/d)

* Recording and detailed analysis of requirements from customer projects, service and sales as well as translation into clear requirements for the development teams
* Managing the implementation of requirements and ensuring transparent communication between all parties involved
* Carrying out functional tests and acceptance tests to ensure compliance with customer requirements
* Creating meaningful reports and dashboards (e.g. with Grafana or SQL - knowledge is an advantage, but not a must)
* Accompanying the entire development process of digital industrial applications - from the idea to the go-live
* Supporting service, sales and customers with the introduction and use of new apps and processes
Your profile
* Completed technical or business studies (e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable)
* Experience in requirements management, software testing or quality assurance
* Technical understanding of industrial applications, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
* Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a good feel for customer needs
* Enjoy agile collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and the use of AI
* Optional: basic knowledge of SQL, Grafana or similar tools - or simply enjoy programming
