1. Lead and manage major cross-functional projects (using classical or hybrid approaches) from initiation to successful completion
2. Steer the project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives, aligning resources, managing reporting, project controlling and supporting project managers across the organization
3. Closely collaborate with the global management team and project leads to ensure alignment and transparency
4. Further develop and enforce the use of professional project management standards, methods (incl. OKRs), and tools
5. Represent projects and the project portfolio to internal and external stakeholders
6. Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop viable solutions and mitigation strategies
7. Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements throughout all project phases

8. University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
9. 5+ years in managing complex, strategic projects

12. Strong in resource/risk management and performance reporting
13. Skilled in PM tools and MS Office (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira)
