Manager Corporate Communications - Internal Communication & Events (f/m/d)
The following core tasks await you:
* Conception and implementation of internal communication concepts with a focus on change processes, cultural programs and engagement in close cooperation with the HR department and other stakeholders
* Advising the specialist departments on all communication-related matters
* Interdisciplinary project management for internal events such as town hall meetings, Christmas parties, global management events including the search for locations and speakers as well as contract management and control of service providers
* Planning, implementation and strategic development of the MeisterWeeks (theme weeks) with an interdisciplinary team and including budget responsibility
* Active design and further development of the intranet
Your qualifications & skills:
* Completed university degree with a focus on PR, journalism, media or humanities
* Several years of professional experience as a PR or communications manager at a company or agency
* Solid experience in event management
* Experience with agency management and budget responsibility is desirable
* Sound knowledge of project and change management as well as a high degree of self-organization
* Confident manner in dealing with management, journalists and external partners as well as very good presentation skills
* Fluent written and spoken German and English, additional language skills an advantage
* Intercultural competence, reliability, sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
