We look forward to meeting you!Our Global Trading Law team is looking for YOU!Responsibilities:Provide legal support to Uniper's global commodities business by delivering expert advice and guidance regarding derivative and physical transactions in a wide range of energy commodities, with main focus on Renewable PPA structuresLead the negotiation and administration of master trading agreements (e.g. ISDA, EFET) or other Renewable PPA documentationCollaborate closely with the commercial and risk functions within the Uniper Group and assist in the development, drafting and negotiation of structured commodities transactionsProvide legal support in the coordination and setting up of internal structures and processes and assist with drafting and implementation of internal agreementsAssist in the identification, assessment and monitoring of current and emerging regulatory and compliance issues impacting the businessCoordinate with all members of the business (across the globe) in helping to resolve the day-to-day legal issues of the global trading business and Uniper´s energy transition journeyQualifications:Fully qualified attorney or transactional attorney (Wirtschaftsjurist) with strong academic credentials requiredPreferably relevant experience with Renewable PPAs in various European jurisdictionsMultiple years of experience advising on and negotiating master trading agreements (e.g. ISDA, EFET) requiredPreferably multiple years of experience advising clients in structured commodity trading transactions, in particular power and natural gasSpecific experience with REMIT, MiFID, EMIR and/or Dodd FrankStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, judgment, enthusiasm and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environmentAbility to take the lead and work independently on any responsibilities within the job descriptionExcellent verbal and written command of the English is essential; German skills very helpfulFocused, well organised, team orientated and agile personalityCollaborative way of workingCredible and trusted lawyer who is able to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with all internal and external stakeholders, acting as an objective and impartial adviserJBRP1_DE #J-18808-Ljbffr
