To supportour growing operations, we are looking to hire an experiencedHR Coordinator to support our tyre recyclingplants in Dorsten, Kammlach and Oranienburg in a full-timeposition.
Your role and keyresponsibilities
As HR Coordinator for our Germanproduction plants, your role will be to ensure smooth peopleprocesses, employee engagement and workforce development – withoffice base at our Dorsten plant. In this key position, you willwork closely with Plant management, Finance, Global HR andemployees to ensure compliance and enhance peopleefficiency.
You will be part of an evolvingpeople structure designed to strengthen recruitment, retention andemployee development within theorganisation.
Tasks willinvolve:
* Managing full-cyclerecruitment and employer brandinginitiatives
* Overseeing payroll, compliance andHR administration
* Implementing performancemanagement and employee developmentprogrammes
* Ensuring ISO compliance and labourlaw adherence
* Occasional travel to the otherGerman plants and limited international travel for trainingsessions or meetings
Yourqualifications
* 5+ years of experiencein HR roles, ideally within an industrialsetting
* Ability to collaborate with plantmanagers and cross- functionalteams
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and socialmedia recruitment tools.
* Knowledge of locallabour laws and compliance standards
* Excellentcommunication skills in German (native) and English (corporatelanguage)
