YOUR MISSION
Core Responsibilities
* Project Intake & Scheduling
* Receive, log, and prioritize all creative requests from Global Marketing and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all incoming creative requests are pre-approved by the Senior Creative Director (or designated approver) before assignment to the Creative Team.
* Work with Marketing to ensure each project has a complete and standardized brief — including objectives, target audience, deliverables, timelines, and supporting assets.
* Validate project briefs for completeness and alignment with creative guidelines.
* Maintain a centralized project tracker/calendar (e.g., Asana)
* Coordinate with the Senior Creative Director to confirm project readiness and scheduling priorities.
Resource & Capacity Management
* Monitor each designer’s workload and identify available capacity.
* Prepare short-term and long-term resource forecasts.
Workflow & Process Management
* Maintain and evolve a standardized creative workflow.
* Track progress through each project stage — briefing, design, review, approval, and delivery.
* Facilitate weekly traffic or production meetings to review priorities and deadlines.
* Flag and escalate delivery risks promptly.
Communication & Reporting
* Act as the bridge between Creative and Global Marketing for updates, priorities, and timelines.
* Provide progress reports, delivery forecasts, and performance summaries.
* Communicate any changes to deadlines or resourcing quickly and clearly.
* Support post-project reviews to identify learnings and efficiencies.
* Quality & Brand Consistency
* Ensure that all projects pass through the Creative Team’s existing quality control and approval process before delivery.
* Manage internal feedback rounds and approval checkpoints.
* Maintain an organized library of project assets and creative archives.
YOUR PROFILE
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in creative management, project coordination, traffic management, or a similar position in marketing, design, or agency environment.
* Understanding of creative production processes (digital, print, motion, brand assets).
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
* Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Clear communication with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment with multiple concurrent projects.
