Responsibilities
* Lead and manage regional sales and key account team by overseeing activities and monitoring performance
* Develop and own the strategic sales plan in alignment with business goals and revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with top accounts and strengthen existing partnerships
* Set and monitor KPIs, quotas and performance targets across all markets
* Work cross-functionally, especially with Marketing, Revenue and E-Commerce teams to align strategies and maximize impact
* Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate planning and reporting
* Represent Penta at industry events, trade shows and client meetings, positioning the brand as a bold and reliable partner
Talents
* Proven leadership experience in sales within the hotel or tourism industry (regional or multi-property level preferred)
* A strong grasp of revenue management, distribution and channel strategy
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
* A data-driven approach – you know your way around reports, KPIs and CRM tools
* Confidence working with systems such as Salesforce, Hotelligence 360, Microsoft Dynamics and others
* The ability to work independently, make decisions and inspire teams with clear direction
* A flexible, open-minded personality ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
