Your Responsibilities
As Partner Communications Manager in our Global Marketing Team you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy. You support our extensive global network of business partners to successfully promote, sell and implement Jedox. You will be driving communication toward our business partners using a multi-channel approach. Sensing relevant topics at Jedox across departments, you will prepare and deliver the information to our business partners.
1. You drive initiatives to improve collaboration with our over 200 global business partners
2. You manage various communication channels toward our partner network (portal, monthly newsletter)
3. You identify relevant topics at Jedox and communicate them to our business partners
4. You provide business partners with Jedox marketing assets and campaign content
5. You coordinate and set up regular partner exclusive webinars and serve as a main webinar platform expert on the global marketing team
6. You work cross-departmentally with our global team, to provide value to our business partners.
7. You create concepts and realize (virtual) Jedox events for our business partners (e.g.Virtual Partner Summits)
Your Profile
8. You own the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment across different departments
9. You have 2 years professional experience of facing customers or business partners
10. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
11. You are proactive, work independently, can prioritize your tasks well and are a team player
12. You are experienced in running webinars with technologies like GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinars, etc
13. Strong computer skills (Office 365 Products), experience in Hubspot and Wordpress is a plus
14. Excellent communication and writing skills in English
15. Hands on mentality and willingness to work operationally on projects
