Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your role:M:• Manage Microsoft services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.• Configure and maintain user accounts, licenses, and groups in Microsoft Admin Center and Azure AD.• Set up and manage mail flow rules, retention policies, and compliance settings.• Implement and monitor security features like MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP.• Manage compliance policies, audit logs, and eDiscovery.• Respond to security incidents and alerts.• Monitor service health and usage via Microsoft Admin Center and PowerShell.• Generate reports on license usage, mailbox sizes, Teams activity, etc.• Track and report on service performance and incidents.• Provide Tier 1/2 support for M-related issues.• Troubleshoot service outages, sync issues, and user access problems.• Coordinate with Microsoft support for escalated issues.Intune/MDM:• Microsoft Intune: Deep expertise in device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and reporting.• Windows Autopilot: Knowledge of provisioning workflows, Entra ID join scenarios, and deployment troubleshooting.• Mobile Application Management (MAM): Implementation of app protection policies and secure access controls.• Monitor device health and compliance reports.• Monitoring & Analytics: Use of Endpoint Analytics, Log Analytics for insights and alerting• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience managing iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices.• Enforce security policies (encryption, remote wipe, password policies).• Manage mobile app deployment and updates.• Support BYOD and corporate-owned device strategies.• Endpoint Security: Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, antivirus policies, and threat analytics.• Define and enforce endpoint protection policies.Required:M:• Proven experience as an M Architect or similar role.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft services: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform.• Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access).• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell) and automation.• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and integration patterns.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Intune/MDM:• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and MDM/MAM policies.• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and Conditional Access.• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.• Familiarity with SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager is a plus.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• German (Fluent) and English (Fluent).Preferred:Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-, MS-, SC-) are a plus.About InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
