What are my responsibilitie
* Lead and develop a group of project managers, fostering a performance, learning‑oriented and accountable project culture
* Take ownership of complex, high‑impact, or critical projects and programs and ensure delivery on time, on budget and quality
* Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence
* Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
* Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces
* Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs
* Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution
* Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll
What do i need to qualify for this job?
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology‑driven environment
* Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross‑functional teams
* Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully
* Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage
* Fluent in English; German language skills are required
* Strong leadership and people development capabilities
* Intercultural competence and collaboration skills
* Highest level of accountability and ownership
