Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir für unseren Kunden Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt bis vorerst 30.06.2026 mit Option auf Verlängerung (Project Support) einen Senior Quality Partner (m/w/d) Process Engineering in Vollzeit (2 Tage Remote pro Woche möglich).
Ihre Aufgaben / Your tasks:
* Process Engineering & Optimization: Apply process engineering principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to analyze, design, and optimize QMS and manufacturing-related processes. Identify and eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve overall operational efficiency within a compliant framework
* Agile Project Leadership: Lead and manage small-scale internal improvement projects related to process optimization, document control, QMS digitization, or system validation
* Facilitating Agile Processes: Facilitate „agile ceremonies“ and meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Project Oversight and Management: Track key metrics, manage project timelines, and handle risks and issues
* Digital Transformation & AI Exploration: Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, including basic AI/ML applications, to enhance quality processes, improve data analysis, and automate routine QMS and manufacturing support tasks
Ihre Qualifikationen / Your qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Biomedical, Mechanical), or a related technical field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Agile Project Management or a combination thereof, ideally within the medical device industry
* Demonstrated experience applying Process Engineering methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to improve regulated processes
* Proven experience successfully leading small-scale projects with cross-functional teams
* Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team’s progress. Proactive, critical mindset to anticipate challenges and devise creative solutions
* Leadership and Coaching: Act as a servant-leader, empowering the team to be self-organizing and accountable
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication is fundamental. Facilitate open and transparent discussions within the team, with stakeholders, and with clients. This includes being a good listener, articulating project goals clearly, and resolving conflicts
* Familiarity with foundational AI/ML concepts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German language skills are not necessary)
* Nice to Have: Agile Coaching (LCP Certification) and Agile Project Management (Agile Coach and/or SCRUM Certification); Methodologies: Agile – Lean, Scrum & Kanban; SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle); Waterfall (PMBOK) and/or Spiral project management methodologies; The ideal candidate is about technology, and being able to train and coach others. Experience in using AI as a collaborative partner is highly desired
