Global Process Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global process initiatives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials. As a technical authority, trainer, and primary contact for international production sites, you will play a crucial role in driving process excellence across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process Development: Develop comprehensive knowledge base on hot forming and foster knowledge sharing across the organization.
* Standardization: Define and implement harmonized global process standards, creating detailed documentation specific to products and processes.
* Innovation and Best Practices: Identify, evaluate, promote technical innovations and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Training and Qualification: Design and implement global qualification and training programs, supporting production sites in stabilizing, optimizing, and standardizing processes.
* Technical Support: Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites, delivering remote and on-site training sessions combining theory with hands-on practice.
* Project Coordination: Support and contribute significantly to process trials and validations in production settings, applying expertise actively in development and research projects.
* Knowledge Exchange: Organize and facilitate global expert meetings, driving and coordinating global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming.
Your Profile:
* Expertise: Extensive experience and deep expertise in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials.
* Background: Strong background in process analysis, standardization, and documentation.
* Skills: Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional mindset.
* Cultural Competence: Intercultural competence and ability to perform in international teams.
* Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills an asset.
