Your tasks
4. PLC programming: Development of software programs for PLC control of assembly systems. Creation of PLC concepts using Allen Bradley Studio 5000 (and/or Siemens Simatic S7/TIA) and the associated visualization.
5. Machine functions: Independent creation and implementation of concepts for automatic functions, collision avoidance, product tracking, home position functions and rework processes.
6. Commissioning & Optimization: Qualification and acceptance of automation solutions as well as the continuous optimization of process and functional sequences.
7. Interface work: Intensive collaboration with adjacent departments such as design and electrical planning.
8. Knowledge transfer: Providing technical guidance to less experienced colleagues and assisting with the creation of plant documentation.
Your profile
9. PLC expertise (must-have): Relevant experience in PLC programming with ALLEN BRADLEY STUDIO 5000 is of central importance for this position! (Additional knowledge of S7 classic / TIA Portal is a great plus).
10. Technical know-how: In-depth technical understanding of automated production lines, assembly modules, and robot cells. (Knowledge of special-purpose machine construction and mechatronic assemblies is advantageous).
11. Personality: You are characterized by a high degree of customer and service orientation. You work independently and in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in dynamic environments in order to set priorities effectively.
12. Languages: Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
13. Mobility: As this is an internationally operating company, a willingness to travel worldwide (including to other EU countries and Canada) is a mandatory requirement.
