As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT area being part of the AI Enablement Team
The Corporate IT area leads enterprise-wide technology initiatives, driving innovation and digital transformation to support business growth. The AI Enablement Team is dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring governance and fostering innovation across the organisation. The team plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's future through enabling and governing cutting-edge digital AI solutions.
As an AI Governance working student, your core responsibility will be to enhance the AI Governance within the Deutsche Boerse Group. You support the development and implementation of AI related controls across the DBAG AI Tech Stack and create relevant documentation.
Your responsibilities:
1. You will support the analysis and documentation of AI‑related regulatory requirements (CSM AICM, EU AI Act, ISO and internal guidelines) and contribute to the development of the DBAG AI Control Plane
2. You will assist in mapping control requirements to internal processes and ensure consistent, structured, and audit‑ready documentation
3. You will prepare workshop materials, support Project Management activities, collect stakeholder input, and help consolidate results into status overviews and prioritization reports
4. Furthermore, you will conduct research on industry standards, best practices, and methodologies used by hyperscalers and AI providers
5. You will maintain and update governance documentation and templates, including preparation for integration into existing tooling
Your profile:
6. You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
(Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
7. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of Artificial Intelligence (e.g. experience abroad, internships) and have foundational knowledge in AI Systems, Cloud and understand how an institute in the Financial Services Area operates
8. You are interested in conducting research, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights
9. Thanks to your excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and eagerness to collaborate, you integrate seamlessly into the team, quickly adapt to new responsibilities, and consistently deliver high-quality work with keen attention to detail
10. You have very good knowledge in MS Office,SharePoint. Experience with Cloud Hyper Scalers and Project Management Tools is desired
11. You are fluent in written and spoken English
