What The Job Looks Like
1. Leading and empowering a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
2. Managing engineering projects from concept through purchasing, installation, and ramp-up.
3. Overseeing project business cases and maintenance/budget management.
4. Ensuring effective supply and storage of spare parts.
5. Planning and executing maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.
6. Providing training to technicians and operators, analyzing breakdowns.
7. Supporting other functions with root cause analysis and technical projects, including new product and process implementation.
8. Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and safety standards in the pharmaceutical environment.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
1. University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
2. Several years of experience in maintenance, engineering, and production roles within manufacturing.
3. Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing teams and effective communication within a matrix organization.
4. Strong technical project management experience.
5. Extensive experience with OPEX, TPM, and PM programs, including purchasing and installing new machinery and lines.
6. Fluency in English and German.
7. Experience in cultural change management, team alignment, and leadership development.
8. Result-oriented with a focus on customer needs, prioritization, and efficiency.
