We are seeking a Full-Time Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have a successful completion of a real estate education and relevant experience in a customer-oriented field, with good knowledge of tenancy law and basic knowledge of building technology.
The full-time position is based on 37 hours per week and the contract is initially limited until December 31, 2028. The starting date for the job can be agreed upon at short notice.

As a Full-Time Property Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new residential space and supporting the modernization of existing properties. Your tasks will include:
