Head of global marketing (m/f/d)

This is a great opportunity for a senior marketer to lead and evolve a high-performing, AI-enabled global marketing function that drives enterprise growth across all stages of the funnel - from awareness to pipeline acceleration, onboarding, and retention. You will empower your team to deliver measurable impact by combining data, creativity, and technology into a unified brand and demand engine. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the marketing vision of a fast-growing international company committed to helping people thrive in the global workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Brand Strategy

* Own the global marketing strategy - integrating brand, product, demand generation, and customer marketing.
* Ensure consistent, distinctive positioning across channels and geographies, reinforcing our unique value in corporate training and coaching.

AI-Enabled Marketing

* Integrate generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and predictive analytics into daily operations across content creation, personalization at scale, segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
* Champion experimentation with AI tools for copy generation, intent analysis, campaign optimization, and customer journey mapping.

Full-Funnel Demand Generation

* Lead data-driven ABM campaigns, inbound and outbound content strategies, and integrated multichannel programs to support both new business acquisition and expansion in enterprise accounts.
* Own global field marketing strategy, aligning regional campaigns, in-person and virtual events, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives with pipeline targets and local marketing and sales teams
* Enhance and scale an established, high-performing inbound content marketing engine -expanding thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, customer stories, webinars, gated content, and SEO-optimized assets - to further boost organic traffic, lead generation, and brand authority.
* Drive engagement and growth across core channels - SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, paid social, events, email, web, and partner ecosystems.

Customer Retention & Advocacy

* Expand lifecycle marketing and customer success enablement with strategic comms and campaigns.
* Develop customer stories, community engagement, and reference programs to turn users into advocates.

Go-to-Market & Product Alignment

* Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product launches, narrative positioning, and enablement across the funnel.
* Act as voice-of-customer internally, driving competitive intelligence, buyer persona development, and ICP refinement.

Leadership & Team Development

* Lead and inspire a high-performing, multicultural, global team at a hybrid workplace.
* Build a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning - with clear KPIs and career growth paths.
* Anticipate future skill needs and lead hiring to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
* Own the global marketing budget.

Measurement & Operations Excellence

* Define and monitor funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and CAC/LTV targets.
* Build and maintain a modern marketing tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, AI tooling, intent platforms, analytics) that drives scalability, transparency, and performance.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a marketing leadership position in international B2B marketing roles, including leadership in a SaaS or enterprise software context. Experience in the L&D space is a plus.
* Deep understanding of modern B2B buyer journeys, AI dynamics in the field, demand generation tactics, and the full customer lifecycle in an enterprise sales environment.
* Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI tools into marketing strategy and execution
* Track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing remote marketing teams across time zones and cultures.
* Expertise in brand building, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM, content marketing, using AI to leverage efficiencies and paid media - paired with deep fluency in analytics and measurement.
* Strong experience with tools such as CRM (MS Dynamics in our case), marketing automation, Power BI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social platforms relevant to B2B, and emerging AI tools for content and performance marketing.
* Clear, strategic communicator - able to align executive stakeholders, inspire teams, and speak the language of Sales, Product, and the customer.
* Exceptional written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
