Your role
As Leitung Personalmanagement, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a modern HR policy focused on attracting, retaining, and developing qualified specialists and managers. This role involves overseeing the HR functions at the Hameln site in alignment with Siegfried's global HR strategy. Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading the HR department
2. Advising and supporting management and leaders on all personnel-related issues
3. Regular reporting to Siegfried AG
4. Selecting appropriate HR measures and tools in coordination with management to implement the HR strategy
5. Creating and monitoring personnel cost planning
6. Conducting employee discussions, including interviews, feedback, development, BEM, warnings, and terminations
7. Modeling the desired corporate culture and HR strategy
Your profile
* A degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a related field such as Social Sciences, Law, or Business Informatics, complemented by additional qualifications in HR and experience in an industrial setting
* Professional and managerial experience in an industrial company, preferably in an international environment
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of labor, social, and payroll tax laws
* Understanding of collective bargaining law and works constitution law
* Strong communication and empathetic skills, assertiveness, flexibility, trustworthiness, hands-on mentality, and organizational skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills are advantageous
