Ensure alignment with industry best practices (e.g., BPMN 2.0 standards). Collaborate with stakeholders to capture as-is and design to-be processes. Drive Process & Data Workshops for Data Lake Connectivity Facilitate workshops to map process flows and identify data integration points. Ensure seamless connectivity between business processes and the data lake (e.g., SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, Azure Data Lake, etc.). Define data governance and metadata management strategies. Improve Models & Enable Process Owners/Key Users Continuously refine process models based on feedback and performance metrics. Train process owners and key users on Signavio usage, process governance, and continuous improvement. Develop enablement materials (e.g., training guides, process documentation). Collaboration with CPIT Teams Globally Work with Corporate Process & IT (CPIT) teams across regions to ensure consistency. Align process models with global IT standards and enterprise architecture. Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with IT solutions. Expected Outcomes Standardized & Optimized Processes – Clear, well-documented workflows in Signavio. Data-Driven Decision Making – Improved data lake integration for analytics and reporting. User Adoption & Governance – Process owners and key users are empowered to manage and improve processes. Global Alignment – Consistent process frameworks across different business units.
