Your tasks
9. Create/maintain customer master records
10. Create basic data PS order / SD order in SAP ERP
11. Check incoming orders (customer portals/mails/post)
12. Order checking in conjunction with coordination with sales and project management
13. Order confirmations in coordination with the departments
14. Continuous updating of SD orders / maintaining billing plans
15. Creating customer-specific down payment/final invoices and partial invoices, requesting documents if necessary
16. Applying for guarantees and monitoring them, including reclaiming them from the customer and returning them to the Group
Your profile
17. Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/diverse) or comparable training
18. You have professional experience in accounting, ideally in sales processing
19. You are confident in using SAP R/3, especially the SD module and MS Office
20. The ability to work in a team, independence and a high level of service orientation round off your profile
