Lead Process Engineer
We are seeking a skilled engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge technology. This role involves leading the design, development, and scaling of innovative industrial systems with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Pilot Design & Implementatio n:
Spearhead the creation and deployment of a fully operational pilot plant;
leading the advancementof DAC technology for modular, renewable energy-powered systems
* Scaling to FOA K:
Develop and scale a 100 t p.A. (First-of-a-Kind) plant, ensuring it meets the highest standards of efficiency, manufacturability, and robustness
* Collaborative Integratio n:
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, including material scientists and electrochemists, to integrate advancements in material science, electrochemical systems, and industrial processes
* Process Optimizatio n:
Enhance industrial processes to achieve optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance alongside contentious process improvement.
* Technical Documentatio n:
Produce detailed technical specifications, such as P&IDs and process simulations, while coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
* External Collaboratio n:
Work with engineering firms and industry partners to achieve critical project milestones
Skills & Experien
* A Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering, with a specialization in industrial-scale systems and electrochemical technologies
* Expertise in process design, optimization, and scaling from laboratory to industrial scale
* Proficiency in P&ID development and process simulation tools such as Aspen, MATLAB, or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge of electrochemical systems and industrial processes, including safety and regulatory compliance
* A proven ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects
