Tasks
* Build up the market and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements as an Information Security Manager.
* Manage central regulations/templates related to information security in the Market division, monitor the implementation of internal methods and procedures, such as risk management, and handle administrative activities related to information security.
* Participate in external certifications and internal audits, and coordinate the deployment of external data protection officers.
* Attend internal IT trustee meetings and prepare and lead regular meetings.
* Support training and awareness measures on information security within the market.
Requirements
* Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with subject-specific further training.
* Experience in information security and willingness to complete training as an Information Security Officer.
* Strong consulting skills in information security and GDPR, ability to determine protection requirements, and knowledge of protection mechanisms and risk analysis.
* Excellent communication, feedback, conflict resolution skills, self-management, resilience, strategic and holistic thinking.
* Fluent in German and English.

About the Role
The Information Security Manager is responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining the local ISMS, representing information security interests in their area. They are not responsible for organizational and technical security measures (Asset Owner).
Appointed by the division manager, the ISM plays a key role in local information security management.
