Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to make a significant impact in the human resources department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field is required.
* A minimum of 7+ years' experience as a HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization is necessary.
* Solid knowledge in labor law as well as cooperation with works council is essential.
* Experience managing investigations and employee relations is highly valued.
* Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic matrix organization is desirable.
* Fluent German and English skills are required.
