Your Role:
As Transformation / Integration Manager, you play a key role in integrating newly acquired property management companies into the COTINGA Operating Model. You will manage transformation and migration projects across processes, systems, and teams. Working closely with the Head of Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, you ensure that each integration is executed seamlessly, efficiently, and in line with our group standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Management
* Lead and manage integration projects across all functional areas (Operations, Finance, HR, IT)
* Plan and execute system migrations (ERP, CRM, DMS, workflow automation, reporting)
* Develop rollout plans for tools, processes, and governance frameworks
* Ensure compliance with group-wide standards and reporting structures
Tool & Process Enablement
* Drive implementation and training of digital tools (ticketing, workflow automation, dashboards)
* Act as the interface between Operations, Tech, and local Managing Directors during tool migration
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system landscape based on operational needs
Change & Communication
* Manage change processes through clear communication and stakeholder alignment
* Ensure that transformation initiatives are understood, accepted, and effectively implemented
* Support training and onboarding of teams during transition phases
Project Governance & Monitoring
* Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and integration reports
* Track progress, risks, and success metrics (migration rates, process stability, adoption rate)
* Provide transparent reporting to the management team and local leadership
Your Profile:
* 2+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or operations (ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment)
* Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
* Strong tech affinity and understanding of process digitalization (ERP/CRM systems, automation, analytics)
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
* Highly structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
* Willingness to travel across Germany as needed
* Fluent in German, confident in English
