As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Strategic Advisory, to lead our solution delivery efforts, provide strategic guidance, and enhance client relationships.As a Sr. Manager, Strategic Advisory for the EMEA region, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans customer engagement, strategy alignment and leadership enablement solutions. You will leverage your expertise human-centric design to drive client success, while nurturing strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. Your multicultural experience will be crucial in tailoring solutions to fit local market needs and cultural nuances.Location : Madrid, Spain (EMEA Hub)Key Responsibilities :Strategic and tactical leadership :Lead the development and execution of strategic plans focused on customer experience, employee experience, cultural change and adult learning initiatives.Collaborate in the execution of loyalty program consulting projects.Develop value propositions and operational strategies using expertise in human-centered design and leadership.Oversee the implementation and integration of tailored solutions to achieve client objectives across diverse markets in the EMEA region, focusing on customer engagement solutions.Client Engagement :Establish and nurture strong relationships with our international clients, serving as a trusted advisor to meet their objectives.Collaborate with diverse clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing innovative and effective solutions that respect local cultural contexts.Guide client decision-making as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer and employee engagement, cultural change, and adult learning.Project delivery :Support end-to-end delivery collaborating with cross-functional teams to support engagement activities across discovery, strategy, implementation, and reporting phases.Derive insights and develop client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, analysis summaries, Customer Journeys, Customer Persona Mappings, action plans, roadmaps, etc.) with accuracy, clarity, and polish.Execute against scope managing assigned tasks with discipline, ensuring timelines, inputs, and quality expectations are met.Conduct client workshops and trainings and create all supporting documentation.Opportunity Development :Identify and nurture follow-through opportunities within existing client work.Collaborate with client teams to contribute to solution discovery, proposal development, and client presentations, with a focus on EMEA-specific opportunities.Lead regional and global RFP processes from a content perspective.Subject Matter Expertise :Represent Bond as a subject matter expert across key industry sectors in the EMEA region.Stay abreast of engagement trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients.Partner with Client Leaders, Analysts, Research, and Communications Leads to bring holistic solutions to life.Explore AI Integration :Pilot and apply generative AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance content development, and surface insights faster.Team Development :Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration within the strategic advisory team.Mentor and guide direct reports, promoting their professional growth in a multicultural environment.Stay Informed :Maintain working knowledge of key trends in loyalty, personalization, and customer engagement to strengthen your consulting toolkit.Requirements :Fluency in English, Spanish, and German (written and verbal).Strong background in human centricity (Customer Experience, Employee Experience) and adult learning / cultural change.Proven experience in strategic advisory or consulting roles, particularly in loyalty and customer engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships both virtual and onsite.Automotive background highly appreciatedExcellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in a consulting leadership role.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing client-focused solutions.Why Bond?Joining us means being part of a team that lives by the mantra “Create Bonds.” We celebrate our collective drive, reward innovative thinking, and always maintain a focus on fostering relationships, both internally and with our clients.Ready to Make Your Mark?If you’re passionate about shaping the future of loyalty and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!
