Taking your cues from the central PEMCO strategy you will be the driving force inside the Branch to ensure all components of the strategy are fully integrated, clearly communicated and fully executed by all Branch colleagues.You will be accountable for achievement of the PEMCO plan within your defined customer set whilst supporting your Branch colleagues to exceed all regional PEMCO objectives.WHAT WILL YOU DO:Develop the PEMCO business and relationships within assigned accounts and region to:Sell the Arrow value propositionMaximize Arrow shareMaximize all aspects of profitabilityDevelop focus accounts and Branch PEMCO business & enable Quote Quality & ThroughputProactive, profitable sales growth on PEMCO, through both focus accounts & BranchSupport Account Manager on customer negotiations related to relevant PEMCO quotes and pricesQuote to win (mindset), drive Quote ConversionFollow-up to convert all new PEMCO business opportunities (Quotes, Tasks, Leads)Drive commercial activity and new RFQs in specific assigned accountsOrganize and lead PEMCO trainings within Internal Sales Representative groupsDrive relation with TOP PEMCO suppliers (in cooperation with Regional Pemco Manager, Account Manager & Inside Sales Representative)Drive relation inside ARROW with product management, asset & vertical PEMCONurture, develop and leverage professional business relations across the One Arrow enterpriseWHO YOU ARE:Sales skillsPEMCO experience.
