At the core of our organisation lies Operations, a critical function that ensures timely order fulfilment and dispatch. As a Site Manager, you will oversee your site's efficiency, leading a team that prioritises safety, quality, and productivity.
Main Responsibilities
* Establish and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
* Analyse and implement changes to maintain high-quality and productivity standards
* Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and enhance customer service
* Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvements for operational excellence
* Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
A Day in the Life
You will work on the night shift, focusing on maintaining a productive environment while owning and driving a culture of safety. Your tasks will include overseeing process improvements, implementing changes, and serving as a role model and mentor to new managers.
About the Team
Our team specialises in managing heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. We handle the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. We prioritise customer care, delivering, unpacking, assembling, and installing items, and we take away old ones when necessary.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced people managers who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including peers and leadership. You should have experience working with data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
