Responsibilities
* You are responsible for key quality areas with a strategic interface function to the operations area
* Develop and implement the global quality strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
* Foster a company-wide quality culture and continuous improvement mindset
* Lead and further develop the global quality organization including managing and coaching quality leaders worldwide
* Ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and take responsibility for the global quality management system
* Drive quality initiatives risk management and KPI monitoring reporting directly to the Executive Board
* Collaborate with customers and suppliers including escalation management in critical quality issues
* Advance innovation and digitalization in quality management e.g. through AI-driven analytics or automated inspection processes
Qualifications
* Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in quality management within large international manufacturing companies
* Strong leadership personality with strategic vision execution strength and analytical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and assertiveness skills combined with empathy and resilience
* Proven track record in leading and motivating global teams
* Willingness to travel and fluent business-level English skills
